we have recieved several calls from this company stating that they are filing charges against me for a loan that I took out and never paid. funny thing is..i never had a loan with this company, due to recent bankruptcy i havent been able to get a loan. they had all my info, which was very scary. but the dates that they said i took the loan out, werent correct, because i wasnt working at the time. they said that someone was coming to my door to arrest me for federal charges. which when i googled the number..it brought up a site from other people that have gotten the same calls. they said that i had a $200 loan and that i had to pay back 981.46, i said i would make payments..and they refused to accapet them. when i asked to to speak to an attorney they said that there were none there. and so on....beware this is a scam.

It's not a real loan.... it is a thief trying to do a scam. Please someone report to government agency about fraud. How do we press charges against this piece of crap human being. I also received a text from the same number, It is just another part of the payday loan scam. They called me with the same number about a week ago and it was the seem person (Indian accent) that have been harassing me for months threatening and saying I defaulted on a payday loan. I never took out a payday loan! . Do not reply or call! It is a scam!, they are looking looking for bank info.

When I answer this call there is no one there so I hang up. I try to call the number back and receive a recording stating that the number is no longer in service.

I purchased a gift subscription for a friend over a year ago. I did not renew the subscription. I have called and formally requested that USA Today stop harassing me over renewing on 4 separate occasions during the past month. On each occasion, I have told them it was a gift for someone else, I am not renewing the subscription nor do I want a subscription for myself. I have formally called and requested they stop calling me 4 times. If I tell the rep who calls me to stop calling, they hang up and call back a few hours later. Since I last formally called USA Today and asked them to cease and desist, they have called me 18 more times (during the past 9 days) which I am now logging. They will normally harass me twice a day. Said He was Officer, don't remember the name and told me to have my Attorney call, because they have a report of some sort with my ss number concerning fraud. I did not return the call as I have had similar calls in the past few weeks. Not English speaking person, at least not good english.
